How it works

  1. Get the vendor formSupplier portal, procurement intake, KYC pack — often 30–100 fields, often the same answers.
  2. Customize it once in RanasiLabels, values, match hints — or Scan ID for a passport/ID. Enterprise can Scan document (invoice, PO, PDF). Free maps 3 fields. Basic finishes the rest of one form.
  3. Auto-Fill on the next portalFirefox. Press once. Stop retyping legal name, tax ID, remittance, and the rest.

Then the engine

AI names the field. Ranasi writes the value.

Vendor portals rename the same fact every time: Tax ID, VAT, เลขทะเบียนบริษัท. Ranasi understands the field, then fills the number you already stored. It does not invent data.

  • Legal Business Name → the company name on your form
  • Tax Identification Number → your tax_id
  • Full name / Date of birth → what the card just gave you
